Adecco is currently hiring a Senior Financial Advisor to support cost leadership initiatives within a large-scale industrial manufacturing environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys partnering with operations teams, working closely with plant leadership, and turning data into actionable business insights. In this role, you will support forecasting, cost analysis, inventory management, operational reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives while helping drive business performance across manufacturing operations. Pay Rate: $65-$75/hour Job type: Temporary | Full-time Here's why you should apply: Paid weekly accurate and on time Strong health and safety programs Medical and dental benefits once qualified Free training programs New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis Lead weekly and monthly forecasting activities and financial reporting. Analyze production, inventory, and cost performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost leadership initiatives. Develop business cases and financial models to support operational and strategic decisions. Provide recommendations to improve financial and operational performance. Operations & Business Partnership Partner with Operations, Finance, and Plant Leadership teams to support business objectives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics. Provide financial insights to support production, inventory, and efficiency initiatives. Support plant start-up, ramp-up, and operational readiness projects. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Develop and maintain financial and operational reports, dashboards, and presentations. Leverage Business Intelligence (BI) tools to enhance reporting capabilities. Support process improvement initiatives and operational standardization efforts. Contribute to SOP development, documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Cost Analysis, Forecasting and Budgeting, Business Analytics, Operational Finance Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, mining, metals, energy, or similar operations Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Experience presenting insights and recommendations to leadership teams Strong understanding of inventory management and operational cost drivers Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in manufacturing, mining, metallurgy, energy, or industrial operations Business Intelligence (BI) reporting and dashboard development experience Lean Six Sigma certification Experience with process improvement and SOP development SharePoint and self-service reporting experience Exposure to plant startup, ramp-up, or expansion projects Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada If you're a data-driven finance professional who enjoys working alongside operations teams and influencing business decisions through meaningful analysis, we encourage you to apply today!
