Job Role : ServiceNow HRSD Technical Consultant Location : Any EST Zone in Canada Long Term Contract Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities) : • Technical Consultant: Configure/build HRSD solution, implement workflows, develop integrations, enhance Employee Center, support testing • Deliver Action Item Aggregation across SuccessFactors, CSOD, Concur • Enable Enterprise Integrations (real-time / near real-time) • Implement HR Workflow Automation • Configure Virtual Agent + Teams integration • Enhance Employee Center UX & navigation • Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution • Participate in Agile delivery (sprints, workshops, design sessions) • Support cutover, go-live, and knowledge transfer Total Experience : 8 to 12 years Relevant Experience : 8 to 12 years Mandatory skills • Hands-on ServiceNow HRSD configuration & development • Employee Center configuration (UI, access, navigation) • Workflow automation, catalog items, case management • Integration development (REST/API, IntegrationHub) Desired skills • Configured HRSD solution (forms, workflows, automation) • Employee Center enhancements (UX, action items, navigation) • Developed integrations with external systems • Unit/SIT support, defect fixes, deployments • Documentation and knowledge transfer Work Location : Any location in Canada (Resource must be available in EST time zone) Thanks, and Regards Saurabh Kumar | Team Lead [email protected] | www.ampstek.com https://www.linkedin.com/in/saurabh-kumar-yadav-518927a8/ Call to : +1 609-360-2671
