Compare source system records with target system data and perform required corrections. Validate policy information| endorsements| coverages| limits| deductibles| and other policy attributes. Investigate and resolve policy conversion exceptions and errors. Monitor policy conversion queues and take corrective action on errored-out policies. Support policy renewals by ensuring timely completion of conversion activities. Perform quality checks and validation activities in accordance with established QA frameworks. Ensure data accuracy| completeness| and compliance with client requirements. Document exceptions| risks| and issues identified during conversion activities. Participate in audits| performance reviews| and quality management programs. Maintain daily production and progress reports. Track and report agreed KPIs and SLA performance metrics. Collaborate with Aviva stakeholders on policy-related queries and escalations.

The role involves validating and modifying policy data to ensure successful conversion into a target policy administration platform. Responsibilities include resolving conversion errors, monitoring queues, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain data accuracy and compliance.

Candidates must have experience in Property & Casualty insurance and be proficient in both English and French. Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with policy administration or Guidewire PolicyCenter is required or preferred.
