Loader Operator

We are looking for a Loader Operator in our Hadashville facility. You are responsible for feeding the plant daily. You are reliable and diligent. Excellent! This job is for you. JOB SUMMARY: Operate field equipment, including a tractor, vacuum harvester, and loader. Harvest peat in the production fields. Perform daily equipment inspections before and after use. Conduct basic maintenance and minor mechanical repairs on equipment. Ensure the safe and efficient operation of machinery. Follow company safety procedures and operating standards. Keep equipment and work areas clean and in good working condition. Assist with other field operations as required. QUALIFICATIONS: You can use equipment such as a forklift; You are physically capable of lifting 55 lbs repeatedly; You are punctual, alert and responsible; You like to work in a team; You are available to work all shifts and weekends. Operate a loader to supply the plant with materials such as peat, perlite, and wood fibers. Maintain a clean workspace and ensure pallets are correctly placed and organized.

Must be able to operate a forklift and physically lift 55 lbs repeatedly. Requires availability for all shifts and weekends, along with a responsible and punctual attitude.
