ServiceNow Business Analyst - Intermediate

Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst – Intermediate Duration: 12 months (likely extension) Department: Technology Services Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite/2 days remote Salary Range: $75 to $80 per hour (depending on your experience) Must Haves: Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, creating user stories for process maps Experience with ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), CMDB, Application Portfolio Management (APM), or Technology Portfolio Management (TPM) modules. Strong understanding of attestation, certification, scorecards, compliance, audit, risk management, and governance processes. Experience supporting UAT, data validation, and requirements traceability. Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, Performance Analytics, reporting, dashboards, and platform capabilities. Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical, and communication skills. Note: AI-enabled tools may be used to sort applications based on job-related criteria.
