Hiring: Snow Plowers & Labourers – Winter 2026/27

Beyond Landscaping is hiring seasonal snow plowers and labourers for the 2026/27 winter season to support snow removal operations in North and West Vancouver. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ❄️ JOB DETAILS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ - On-call 24/7 during snow events (shifts often start ~3:30 am) - Shifts: 8–12 hrs depending on storm severity - Location: North & West Vancouver - $50 per day shift bonus for every snow event - Own car, SUV, 4x4 or truck = paid at a higher hourly rate ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ? Perform snow removal and ice control duties including plowing, shoveling, and salting. Assist with equipment operations and maintain tools while reporting unsafe site conditions.

Candidates must be physically fit, reliable, and flexible for on-call 24/7 shifts. Experience in snow removal or outdoor labor and a valid driver's license are preferred.
