Hiring: Snow Plowers & Labourers – Winter 2026/27

Beyond Landscaping is hiring seasonal snow plowers and labourers for the 2026/27 winter season to support snow removal operations in North and West Vancouver. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ❄️ JOB DETAILS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ - On-call 24/7 during snow events (shifts often start ~3:30 am) - Shifts: 8–12 hrs depending on storm severity - Location: North & West Vancouver - $50 per day shift bonus for every snow event - Own car, SUV, 4x4 or truck = paid at a higher hourly rate ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ - Hard-working, reliable, and flexible with schedule - Physically fit for snow shoveling, salting, and labour work - Experience with snow removal or outdoor labour preferred - Valid driver's license an asset - Safety-conscious team player with a positive attitude ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ DUTIES ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ - Snow removal & ice control (plowing, shoveling, salting) - Assist with equipment operations and site safety - Maintain tools/equipment and report unsafe conditions ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHY WORK WITH US ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ - Supportive, team-first culture - Seasonal work with opportunity to return each year - Fun team events & BBQs when the season allows — The Beyond Landscaping Team
