This is a growing company based in the area that is looking for window cleaners to help complete projects. There is an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the business from a management level directly from the business owner throughout the year. * The position includes: * Full-time hours * Bonus incentives * Autonomous work culture, with the ability for more responsibility/pay * Training and development will be provided as long as the candidate is coachable, hard-working and willing to learn. Trained to complete professional painting work for interior and exterior painting and staining Requirements: * Valid driver’s license * Access to a vehicle * High school diploma * Preferably some experience with hands-on work (No professional experience necessary), you will be trained on how to do cleaning projects and will be a pro by the time summer ends! * Full-time commitment (40-50 hours weekly) * Strong communication skills * Coachable * Commitment to work from June - August Payment Structure: * We offer a base rate ranging from $18-21 /hour * High-performance bonuses available Responsibilities: * Responsible for the overall completion of projects. The Crew Chief is responsible for the overall, high-quality completion of projects from start to finish, including managing daily site cleanliness. This role involves constant communication with homeowners and the business owner to ensure client satisfaction and proper service delivery.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle, along with a high school diploma and a full-time commitment from June to August. Strong communication skills and a coachable attitude are required, though hands-on experience is preferred and training will be provided.
