The instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality, learner-centered instruction to help participants achieve employment goals. This includes curriculum delivery, participant assessment, and contributing to continuous program improvement.

The candidate must be able to provide individualized support and deliver training within a customer service program. The role is a limited-term maternity leave coverage position.
