Program coverage is specifically needed between the hours of 2:45pm-6:00pm during weekday sessions which operate Monday to Thursday at varying times. *About the Role* The successful candidate will supervise therapeutic swims and recreational pool activities while working collaboratively with therapy and support staff to provide a safe, welcoming, and positive experience for our clients. *Key Responsibilities* · Supervise and support therapeutic and recreational swim activities · Ensure the safety and well-being of all swimmers. · Assist with maintaining a clean and safe pool environment. · Work collaboratively with therapy and support staff to meet the needs of our clients. *What We?re Looking For* · Current National Lifeguard (NLS) certification. · Current Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification. · Swim Instructor Certification not required but as asset · Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is an asset. · A welcoming attitude, patience, reliability, and strong communication skills. *Compensation & Hours* · Casual/part-time hours based on program operation. · Shifts are scheduled Monday through Thursday between 2:45pm and 6:00 p.m. in various timeslots. · Shift lengths will vary based on program needs. · Hourly payrate $17. 95 - $20.40 per hour *Ready to Join Us?
