Start Date: Sept 1, 2026 End Date: June 25, 2027 Desired Qualifications Educational Assistant certification or relevant experience Ability to work with students in one-on-one and classroom setting Experience or ability to work with young children Strong interpersonal and relationship skills, and an ability to work in a team environment A positive and flexible attitude to change Interview will be required Respect for diverse cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives Demonstrates a commitment to truth and reconciliation Demonstrates a commitment to supporting diversity and inclusion Duties (may Include But Are Not Limited To) Assisting with a student's educational program Ability to work as a team member in a fast-paced student-centered environment Willingness to meet the health and hygiene needs of children as required Based on needs of individual students, provide individual students with assistance in speech, motor, and language development and social and life skills Work as part of a team in development and implementation of Individual Improvement Plan May involve some lifts and transfers Other duties as assigned Benefits Defined Benefit Pension Plan Employee benefit package Positive work environment Pay range: $19.83 to $26.51 per hour Applications must be submitted prior to 3:00 p.m. on Aug 18, 2026.
