Technical Security Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Security Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiatives and drive measurable risk reduction across the organization. This role sits within a centralized Security PMO and partners closely with Security, Engineering, IT, Product, Legal, and Business teams to deliver complex, high-impact security programs. What You'll Be Doing Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale security programs and initiatives. Drive strategic programs across AI Security, Zero Trust, Vulnerability Management, Secure SDLC, and Regulatory Compliance. Establish program roadmaps, milestones, governance, risk management, and executive reporting. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment across business units. Track KPIs, OKRs, and risk-reduction metrics to measure program success. Manage program risks, dependencies, escalations, and change management activities. Present updates and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders. Support continuous improvement of PMO processes, governance, and delivery frameworks. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Program Management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives. 3+ years of experience within Cybersecurity, Information Security, Technology Risk, or Security Governance environments. Strong understanding of one or more security domains including AI Security, Zero Trust, IAM, Cloud Security, Application Security, Vulnerability Management, or GRC. Experience working with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or OWASP. Strong stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and executive communication skills. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or similar project management and reporting tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading AI Security, Zero Trust, Secure SDLC, or Security Transformation programs. PMP, PgMP, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, SAFe, or Agile certifications. Experience within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or other highly regulated environments. Exposure to AI Governance, Responsible AI, Security Automation, or Analytics-driven Program Management. Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale security programs including AI Security, Zero Trust, and Vulnerability Management. Establish program roadmaps, manage risks, and provide executive reporting to senior leadership.

Requires over 5 years of program management experience and at least 3 years in cybersecurity or technology risk environments. Candidates must understand security frameworks like NIST or ISO 27001 and be proficient with tools like Jira or Power BI.
