Acts as the first point of contact for internal clients to resolve IT incidents and service requests. Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining server and workstation infrastructure while providing technical support and documentation. Requires a High School Diploma (DES) and a Professional Studies Diploma (DEP) specializing in computer science. Must be able to pass a security background check and provide comparative education evaluations for degrees obtained outside Canada.
