AI Productivity Specialist

Position: Role Title: AI Productivity Specialist Type: Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities Develop and document innovative, AI-driven processes to improve productivity for complex workflows. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks across digital workplace tools. Analyze and interpret data to inform system improvements and workflow enhancements. Design workflow diagrams and instructional materials to communicate automation strategies. Test, validate, and refine AI-powered solutions, providing real-world input on effectiveness. Collaborate with project teams to translate requirements into actionable AI workflows. Capture feedback and report findings to support continuous improvement of AI models. Requirements Extensive experience utilizing AI technologies and automation to boost productivity. Strong analytical abilities with skill in dissecting complex problems and delivering solutions. Proficiency with workplace tools and integration of AI within these environments. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills focused on clarity and knowledge sharing. Background in business operations, engineering, finance, or research where workflow management is critical. Proactive approach to identifying process inefficiencies and implementing AI-driven enhancements.
