In this role, you will deliver expert physiotherapy services to diverse patient populations, including inpatient, outpatient, pediatric, geriatric, and community care settings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients? lives while working in a supportive and professional environment. *Duties* * Assess patients? physical conditions by reviewing medical histories and conducting thorough examinations based on anatomy knowledge and physiology principles. * Develop and implement customized care plans that incorporate physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and community-based interventions. * Provide hands-on therapy sessions focusing on pain relief, mobility enhancement, and functional recovery using evidence-based methods. * Coordinate discharge planning processes to ensure seamless transition from hospital or clinic to home or community settings. * Deliver patient education on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and self-care strategies to empower individuals for ongoing health management. * Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and ensure compliance with medical terminology standards. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and social workers to optimize patient outcomes. * Conduct home visits and community outreach programs for home & community care patients requiring ongoing physiotherapy support. * Monitor treatment effectiveness regularly and adjust care plans accordingly to maximize recovery potential. *Experience* * Proven experience working in inpatient hospital settings with exposure to acute care environments. * Demonstrated proficiency in outpatient clinics or physiotherapy centers with a focus on orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, or sports rehabilitation. * Hands-on experience with discharge planning and developing comprehensive care plans for diverse patient populations. * Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and patient record management. * Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques such as trigger point therapy. * Home health or home & community care experience is highly desirable for providing continuous patient support outside clinical settings. * Prior involvement in hospital or clinic environments that emphasize patient care excellence across inpatient and outpatient services.
