*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Physiotherapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver expert physiotherapy services to diverse patient populations, including inpatient, outpatient, pediatric, geriatric, and community care settings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients? lives while working in a supportive and professional environment. *Duties* * Assess patients? physical conditions by reviewing medical histories and conducting thorough examinations based on anatomy knowledge and physiology principles. * Develop and implement customized care plans that incorporate physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and community-based interventions. * Provide hands-on therapy sessions focusing on pain relief, mobility enhancement, and functional recovery using evidence-based methods. * Coordinate discharge planning processes to ensure seamless transition from hospital or clinic to home or community settings. * Deliver patient education on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and self-care strategies to empower individuals for ongoing health management. * Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and ensure compliance with medical terminology standards. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and social workers to optimize patient outcomes. * Conduct home visits and community outreach programs for home & community care patients requiring ongoing physiotherapy support. * Monitor treatment effectiveness regularly and adjust care plans accordingly to maximize recovery potential. *Experience* * Proven experience working in inpatient hospital settings with exposure to acute care environments. * Demonstrated proficiency in outpatient clinics or physiotherapy centers with a focus on orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, or sports rehabilitation. * Hands-on experience with discharge planning and developing comprehensive care plans for diverse patient populations. * Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and patient record management. * Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques such as trigger point therapy. * Home health or home & community care experience is highly desirable for providing continuous patient support outside clinical settings. * Prior involvement in hospital or clinic environments that emphasize patient care excellence across inpatient and outpatient services.
