Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – Payments

Skills: Strong experience of payment applications - wires processing (SWIFT and FED) with knowledge of ISO20022 standards. Strong data analytical skills including SQL. Knowledge of reporting tools (eg. Jaspersoft, Tableau) beneficial. Self-starter with solid interpersonal skills - projecting a uniquely positive customer-service-oriented attitude. Ability to work alone and with other members of a team. Must be a team player with exceptional verbal and written communication skills Create and maintain thorough, up-to-date, functional and technical systems documentation for projects, design, customization and maintenance actions taken Ability to negotiate winning solutions for customers and projects. Ability to effectively manage multiple efforts simultaneously and adjust to changes in direction as needed to meet business objective; Make recommendations for system enhancements and changes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong presentation and communications skills. Knowledge of project methodologies (SDLC, Agile).
