Salesforce Business Analyst / Product Manager

This is 80% business facing role and sit in business (not IT) * 5 years' experience working closely with business to deliver technology products * Lead requirements discussions with business * Drive requirements delivery with WW team * Manage all SDLC phases to deliver feature changes to Canada business * Conduct Testing * Plan and support rollout activities - training, comms and post GoLive support * Majority Salesforce project + Other non projects * SFDC experience desired (Sales / Marketing Campaign). Candidate will support capabilities built on Salesforce * Strong communication skills to lead and manage product feature discussions and delivery with business team * Proactive with Good Problem solving skills * Able to work independently * Quick learner

Lead requirements discussions and drive the delivery of technology products for the Canada business. Manage all SDLC phases, including testing, rollout activities, and post-GoLive support.

Requires 5 years of experience working with business stakeholders to deliver technology products. Proficiency in Salesforce (Sales and Marketing Campaign) is highly desired.
