Must be located in New Brunswick and have a great track record for exceptional leadership and creative culinary skills. - Lead culinary team with Owner Chef Gene Cormier - Train staff to produce consistent, high quality food and maintain a high level of productivity - Manage shift operations and ensure team compliance with health and safety protocols - Lead the team in the absence of the owner - Conduct production schedule and manage par stocks to standard for effective ordering Must have own transportation, flexible schedule and passion for the kitchen Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 3 months Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour Experience: * Sous Chef: 1 year (preferred) * Culinary: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person
