Journeyperson Carpenter Firma Concrete is a growing division of Firma Contracting, delivering high level concrete and civil scopes across Edmonton and surrounding areas. We take pride in quality work, strong leadership, and building a reliable crew. Position Overview We are looking for experienced Journeyman Carpenters with strong formwork and concrete experience to join our team. What We Offer • Wage: $45 per hour • Consistent, long term work • Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company • Work on major infrastructure and commercial projects • Strong team environment with experienced leadership Responsibilities • Layout, build, and strip concrete formwork • Read and interpret drawings and specifications • Assist with concrete placements and finishing as needed • Work safely and efficiently with the crew • Maintain tools and ensure quality workmanship Requirements • Journeyman Carpenter certification • Experience in concrete formwork and civil work • Ability to work in a fast paced environment • Strong work ethic and reliability • Valid driver’s license is an asset
