Business Unit: Security Services Career Area: Security Guard Location: Hamilton, Ontario, CA Ready to suit up as a Concierge Security Guard? What matters most in a role like this is your ability to engage with people easily and make them feel confident in your ability to help them. As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc. Schedule - Saturday-Sunday 1200-0000 Temporary - 1-2 months assignment Location - L8E 5S3 What's in it for you? Hourly wage of $20.37 (site specific) We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Academy Flexible schedules with various shifts available Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Full-time & part-time opportunities Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities For Concierge Security Guard Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors Manage access control Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs Perform computer tasks Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Answer questions in person or by phone Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard Be authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid security license First aid certification - required Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills This posting is for a future position within the organization.
