Instructor, Inuit Language and Culture Learning Designer

This employment opportunity is restricted to residents of Iqaluit only. As this is a term position ending March 31, 2028, current indeterminate Government of Nunavut employees may be offered a competitive transfer assignment for the duration of the term if they are deemed to be the successful candidate; however, this is subject to managerial approval. This does not apply to successful appointees choosing Remote Work.

The instructor will design learning materials and provide instruction focused on Inuit language and culture. They are responsible for delivering educational content within a post-secondary or community-based environment.

Candidates must possess an undergraduate degree or diploma in a relevant field and at least three years of teaching experience. Fluency in both Inuktitut and English is mandatory for this position.
