Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a Brand Manager, development and portfolio strategy – Annabelle for a temporary position, 14-month Maternity leave replacement. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager - Annabelle, the Brand Manager will be responsible for actively participating in product development and driving the brand's innovation and launch strategy. The candidate will draw on her/his analysis of category performance, products and profitability to effectively manage the portfolio and product life cycles. Be able to present recommendations to Senior Management Work with the Senior Brand Manager to recommend pricing, margins, distribution strategy, sales forecasts, discontinuations, exit strategy, etc. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, inform 360 plans to support launches and promotional executions, including displays, POP, media plan, PR, social media content, website, newsletters, etc. Collaborate in promotions and campaigns creation that are relevant to the brand and will help strengthen the core business. WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE Bachelor's degree in communications and/or marketing or related field At least five (5) years experience in marketing and communications, ideally in cosmetics or other related fields in the consumer goods industry Strong ability to analyze and synthesize data to provide clear direction for brand innovation and launches. Experience in market data analysis (e.g., Nielsen) and sales analysis tools Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to interpret financial data (P&L, pricing analysis, etc.) Knowledge of the Canadian cosmetics market, drugstore retailers and/or global trends (Strong asset).
