As the sister company of The Gryphin Advantage Inc., founded in 1997 and focused on life, health, and wealth products, GGS is part of a growing executive-led organization reshaping how the benefits industry operates. The team enables advisors to focus on sourcing and closing business while maintaining strong client relationships. Role Description Provides full back office administrative support and service to Advisors specializing in Group Benefits and Group Retirement Products. This role is an integral part of our team and will focus on relationship building/management and renewals. Management of the following day-to-day tasks: • Liaison between the insurance carriers and advisors • Pull reports required from carrier portals • Co-ordinate and analyze claims experience data from different carriers, to prepare finalized renewal reports • Communicate directly with the carriers and their service teams to discuss groups, confirm or clarify information and find resolutions •Communicate directly with the carriers and their service teams to discuss groups, confirm or clarify information and find resolutions when applicable •Create/Prepare client ready reports for presentation to clients •Prompt attention to incoming emails or requests by the advisor/clients • Maintain GGS’ service standards of respect and privacy for the clients and lead advisor • Prepare Service reports for advisors •Attend monthly team meetings (in-person) and corporate events; as required •Provide administrative support where necessary • Assist or manage special projects when necessary and/or assigned the task • Update Hubspot accordingly (where applicable) • Update DropBox accordingly Preferred Skills • Maintain a high level of service standards and productivity • Self motivated and client serviced driven • Strong oral and written skills • Strong attention to detail • Strong knowledge of group employee benefit principles and terminology; preferred • Strong ability to adapt and learn quickly • Advanced working skills/navigation - MS Office (excel, word, powerpoint, teams), Office 365, DropBox and Hubspot Additional Notes Initiative and self-efficiency are key skills that allow for a fluid and successful work week. Training will be provided along with access to email templates, carrier information, and guidelines for the position. One year contract position starting September 1st, 2026 2 weeks vacation
