Active participation in the model of care that integrates quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practice, advanced technology and patient family centered care. Responsible for promoting organizational mission, vision and values by providing safe quality nursing care to clients. Applicants must be available for a minimum of twenty-four hours per three-week period, covering all shifts, short notice calls, statutory holidays, and regular holidays.
