Position #: 193408 Expected Start Date: To be Determined, Posted Until Filled Union: SUN Facility: Yorkton District Nursing Home City/Town: Yorkton Department: LTC-Nrsng Anderson Village Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: November 01, 2027 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 14 shifts of 8 hours per 3 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Standard Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse Practitioner $52.590 to $62.910 Travel Required: No Job Description: The Nurse Practitioner supports the mission, philosophy and objectives of the Saskatchewan Health Authority and is responsible for assessment planning, delivery and evaluation of health care services to the long term care residents and clients in the multipurpose beds of The Yorkton & District Nursing Home. This is done in collaboration with the family physicians, other health care providers, community organizations and programs and the resident and their family. Exigences
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or a nursing diploma, along with a Master of Nurse Practitioner degree. Applicants are required to have at least 3 years of experience as an RN in primary, public, or acute care and must be registered or eligible for registration with the CRNS.
