Key Responsibilities: • Design, deploy, and optimize telecommunications networks, including VoIP, SIP, and PSTN systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate telecommunications solutions with existing IT infrastructure. • Perform network monitoring, diagnostics, and issue resolution to ensure minimal downtime and maximum reliability. • Configure and manage telecommunications hardware, including routers, switches, and gateways. • Document network configurations, policies, and procedures for internal and external stakeholders.
