HPHA is a multi-site organization that includes Clinton Public Hospital, St. Marys Memorial Hospital, Seaforth Community Hospital and Stratford General Hospital. ROLE The Registered Nurse (RN) is a valued member of the interdisciplinary team within the department and organization. They are responsible for the coordination and delivery of quality patient care by assessing and identifying patient needs, implementing and monitoring the patients’ medical plan, and following HPHA policies and procedures. Additionally, the Registered Nurse must follow nursing processes within the profession’s and licensures scope of practice. They will provide education, advice and support to patients and family members. Exigences

Requires registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and certifications in ACLS, Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia, and 12 Lead ECG Interpretation. Experience in Stroke Care or Rehabilitation is preferred.
