Position: NonStop COBOL Developer Location: Remote (Canada) Job Description Develop, maintain, and support applications using NonStop COBOL on HPE NonStop L-Series platforms. Design and implement solutions using SCOBOL and DDL components following coding best practices. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and application enhancements. Perform application testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support for mission-critical systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions. Utilize JIRA and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and knowledge management. Participate in DevOps practices including build, deployment, release, and automation activities. Work with databases and integration technologies such as SQL/MX, SOAP, XML, and ATP. Support application modernization initiatives and interface development using JavaScript where required. About Iris Software Inc.
