Applications Architect – Intermediate

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Applications Architect – Intermediate to design, develop, and govern enterprise application architectures for large-scale cloud and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will create scalable, secure, and compliant application solutions while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Key Responsibilities Design and document application and cloud solution architectures. Develop enterprise architecture artifacts, including Business Architecture Documents (BAD), Solution Architecture Documents (SAD), Solution Requirements Documents (SRD), and Information Architecture Documents (IAD). Create use cases, process flows, data models, data dictionaries, and integration documentation. Support Architecture Review Board (ARB) activities and architecture governance. Conduct cloud security assessments and ensure compliance with privacy and security standards. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and knowledge transfer activities. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in Application, Solution, or Enterprise Architecture. Strong experience in solution design, enterprise architecture, and application development methodologies. Experience developing architecture artifacts (BAD, SAD, SRD, IAD) and supporting ARB governance. Expertise in cloud application architecture, data modelling, integration, and security. Experience facilitating JAD/design workshops and working with business stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
