Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and solve complex technical challenges in a remote-first environment. Key Responsibilities: • Design, simulate, and validate electrical, mechanical, or chemical systems based on project requirements • Conduct theoretical modeling and experimental validation to ensure system performance and reliability • Develop and refine algorithms or processes to enhance efficiency and scalability of engineering solutions • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and optimization recommendations for existing systems Required Skills & Qualifications: • PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution • Proven experience in applied research, system design, or process optimization in relevant engineering domains • Strong proficiency in simulation tools such as COMSOL, ANSYS, MATLAB, or SPICE • Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical, scalable engineering solutions • Experience with data analysis, statistics, and experimental design methodologies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder updates More About the Opportunity: This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a global leader in the research services industry, contributing to breakthroughs in high-tech engineering applications.
