Natt Group operates through three core pillars: Natt Safety Services, Northern Academy (a Private Career College), and Natt Personnel. Together, they provide complete safety solutions—from training and certification to on-site support, including Confined Space Rescue specialists—while covering all staffing requirements. Our client is currently seeking a Welder to join their team on a full-time, temporary, casual position in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. The preferred candidate will have welding experience in industrial, construction, or mining environments, with strong skills in welding, fabrication, and metal repair, along with a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform welding, fabrication, and repair work on metal structures and equipment * Perform Fluxcore and Stick welding * Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols * Complete welding and fabrication work while maintaining quality standards * Follow site-specific safety procedures and requirements * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Work independently and as part of a team * Follow all applicable health and safety policies and procedures QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS * Red Seal Welder or valid CWB certification is preferred * Proficiency in Fluxcore and Stick welding * Previous welding, fabrication, or repair experience is an asset * New graduates are encouraged to apply, provided they can successfully complete the required weld testing * Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment weld test * Working at Heights certification an asset * Valid driver's licence and a clean 3-year driver's abstract. * First Aid & CPR is considered an asset * Rigging experience is considered an asset * Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality WHY JOIN NATT PERSONNEL SOLUTIONS? * Competitive compensation * Casual and contract opportunities * Opportunities to work on a variety of industrial and mining projects * Flexible opportunities based on project requirements * Safe and supportive work environment * Opportunity to join a growing skilled workforce If you are a skilled welder looking for casual or contract opportunities and are interested in working in industrial, construction, or mining environments, we want to hear from you!
