The Systems Administrator will support District systems in maintaining quality assurance systems within the framework of established policies and procedures according to the unique need of each District. Under the direction of the Systems Manager, the Systems Administrator will assist in communicating organizational policies, service and quality standards and information in the District and assist the District office with day-to-day tasks and assigned projects. The Systems Administrator will respect and uphold the Values, Vision and Mission of Karis Disability Services, demonstrating the highest standards of courtesy and respect in their dealings with other employees, people using services and both internal and external stakeholders. Experience: * 2 years of previous work experience, 1 year on the job Education: College Diploma in a related field of study; Database Management or Business Administration preferred Skills or Required Training: * Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines * Interpersonal skills * Customer service skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Problem-solving skills * Exceptional administration skills * Self-direction and initiative * Strict adherence to confidentiality * Advanced computer literacy (MS Office Suite, photo editing, HRIS,databases, LMS, etc.) * Physical/Mental Demands: Moderate periods of concentration and demand * Occasional lifting, up to 20 lbs. * Occasional cleaning Work Conditions: * Standard office environment (long periods of sitting at computer, typing) * Frequent interruptions Occasional travel within the District Why Should You Apply? * Flexible schedules and various locations * Employee Assistance Plan, comprehensive benefits package * Tuition reimbursement, career development and training opportunities * Competitive wages Requirements: * Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check * A valid Sask.
