As a Customer Complaints Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the non-conformance management process. You will coordinate investigations, follow up on customer complaints and document files, while collaborating with several internal teams and with our external partners. Through your work, you will directly contribute to maintaining the highest standards of quality and continuous improvement at KDC/ONE. An Overview Of Your Everyday Life Ensure the handling and follow-up of customer complaints concerning raw materials, components and finished products. Coordinate analyses with internal teams to identify causes and corrective actions. Prepare, complete and transmit the required documentation to the various internal and external stakeholders. Carry out the necessary follow-ups in order to meet deadlines and ensure the closure of files. Maintain complete, rigorous documentation that complies with quality requirements. Receive and manage samples or evidence required for investigations. Apply Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Actively participate in the continuous improvement of our quality processes. Perform any other related duties as required by operational requirements. You are the ideal candidate if you have A DEC or experience deemed equivalent. At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a production or quality environment. Excellent proficiency in computer tools, including Excel, Word and AS400 (an asset). A functional level of French and English in order to communicate with our customers, suppliers and partners, as well as to process documentation. Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail. An analytical approach and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Autonomy, initiative and the ability to manage several files simultaneously. Exigences

Requires an associate degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or quality environment. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office, have functional English and French skills, and possess strong analytical and organizational abilities.
