We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic, member-focused, and flexible individual to join our team as a Casual Member Service Representative in our New Denver and Nakusp branches. You are the front-line staff in our branch responsible for assisting our members with their day-to-day financial transactions while identifying opportunities to refer and cross-sell our products and services to meet our members’ needs. You utilize your strong product knowledge to provide a superior member experience recommending solutions and advice to improve our members’ financial lives. The Member Service Representative is responsible for assisting members with daily financial transactions at the branch level. They also identify opportunities to cross-sell products and provide financial advice to enhance the member experience.

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and flexible individual with experience in sales and a drive to achieve results. Proficiency in using software applications and technology is required to succeed in this front-line role.
