This role ensures the safe movement of vehicles, equipment, and pedestrians through active work zones. Key Responsibilities Direct and control traffic using signs, hand signals, and communication devices Maintain safe work zones for crews, equipment, and the public Set up and take down traffic control devices, cones, and signage Communicate clearly with the site foreman, crew members, and other flaggers Monitor traffic patterns and adjust flow to prevent congestion and hazards Follow all safety procedures, traffic control regulations, and company guidelines What We’re Looking For Valid Traffic Control/Flagger certification (required or willingness to obtain) Strong attention to safety and situational awareness Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in all conditions Reliable, attentive, and able to communicate clearly with crews and drivers Valid driver’s license Why Join L.C.L.?
