Product Owner - Payments

What You'll Do Lead business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for enterprise payments projects. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define product vision, scope, and priorities. Prepare business cases and support executive decision-making. Drive workshops, facilitate discussions, and build consensus across senior leadership teams. Manage scope, identify risks, and prevent scope creep throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex payments transformation initiatives. What We're Looking For 8–10+ years of Business Analysis and/or Product Ownership experience within the Canadian financial services industry (banking, credit unions, or similar). Strong experience with payments, including Visa Debit, payment switches, and/or FX wire payments. Proven ability to work with both business and technology teams while presenting confidently to executives. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills. Experience delivering enterprise transformation or modernization initiatives. Able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment and align with PST working hours.
