Wage: $16.50 per hour Hours: Approximately 5 hours per week Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm, but offers flexibility Our Partnership Goals Setting up attractive product displays and arrange products following detailed planograms, ensuring product visibility and brand representation are optimized. Building, modifying, and dismantling product displays while strictly adhering to the client’s quality and branding standards. Ensuring that the clients' products are well-stocked, properly arranged, and ready for customer purchase. Installing eye-catching signage and performing additional merchandising services as required by the Company’s clients. To keep all stakeholders informed by completing online reports, uploading photos, and providing regular updates. Forming and maintain strong, influential relationships with clients, acting as a key representative for the Company and building trust to foster long-term partnerships. Utilizing advanced image recognition apps and scanning technology to collect valuable retail data. Our Ideal Partner Previous merchandising experience is preferred A valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle is essential Can lift up to 25lbs and stand for long periods of time Is reliable and takes pride in their work Is familiar with merchandising in a grocery, drug store or big box setting. Can read and execute planograms Possesses strong knowledge of smartphone technology, including taking photos and utilizing imaging apps Has a self-starter mindset, thriving under the pressure and ambiguity of the dynamic Merchandiser role.
