Change Manager (Technology Change Management) Location: Montreal, QC | Employment Type: Contract/Hybrid We are seeking an experienced Change Manager with 7+ years in Technology Change Management or IT Service Management to support enterprise technology governance and transformation initiatives. The role involves managing technology change reviews, CAB approvals, risk and impact assessments, compliance, and governance reportingacross complex IT environments. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ITIL change management, IT governance frameworks, stakeholder management, documentation, and audit readiness, along with experience coordinating changes across multiple technology teams. ITIL certification and experience supporting large-scale technology modernization or transformation programs are highly preferred.

Manage technology change reviews, CAB approvals, and risk assessments across complex IT environments. Support enterprise technology governance and transformation initiatives while coordinating changes across multiple technology teams.

Requires over 7 years of experience in Technology Change Management or IT Service Management. ITIL certification and experience with large-scale technology modernization programs are highly preferred.
