Summary: In this role, you will provide hands-on engineering support to manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth production of RF products and rapid resolution of technical challenges. What You'll Do: Provide day-to-day technical support to production lines Assist with scaling new product designs into manufacturing environments Review and maintain production documentation to ensure accuracy Complete first article inspections and validate component quality Collaborate with Engineering to process ECOs and design revisions Troubleshoot failures involving electrical components and assemblies Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to quality and efficiency What You'll Bring: Post-secondary education in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related discipline Experience with RF testing or high-frequency systems (preferred) Exposure to: MRP systems and ECO processes ISO-compliant manufacturing environments Electrical assemblies and documentation ESD-safe practices Understanding of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies is an asset What We Offer: Paid vacation days; 5 paid sick days; 100% paid by employer comprehensive health benefits package including medical, dental, life & more (coverage varies); RRSP program; Up to an annual maximum of $2,000 per year professional development fund for designations and accreditations; 100% reimbursed for job-related training; Ongoing training available; Flexible hours of work based on position; Employee Referral Program; Employee Award Program; Plenty of on-site and street parking & a bus stop right in front of the office (bus 405, 410, 416); Leisure areas in the office, employees are encouraged to have some fun! Provide technical support to production lines and assist in scaling new RF product designs into manufacturing. Troubleshoot electrical failures and maintain production documentation to ensure quality and efficiency.

Requires post-secondary education in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related discipline. Experience with RF testing, MRP systems, and ISO-compliant manufacturing environments is preferred.
