NMC Onboarding Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada Willing to travel for work term assignments - flexible contract lengths available Minimum of two years of Canadian RRT experience, including at least one year of recent experience Current, active, and in good standing registration with a Canadian provincial regulatory body for RRTs Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector A valid BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications Proof of current immunization for MMR, Varicella, Influenza, Covid 19, Polio and Hepatitis B Proof of Tdap booster within the past ten years Proof of negative TB skin test within the past ten years or negative chest x-ray within the past five years Proof of N95 Mask Fit Test Certificate within the past two years (3M 1870+, 3M 1860, 3M 1860S most commonly accepted) Why You'll Love Working with NMC: Competitive pay with additional perks, including incentives, per diems, and bonuses (varies by location) Paid travel and accommodations WCB and Professional Liability Insurance are provided Reimbursement for nursing licensure fees after successful completion of 6 weeks on contract Employee Referral Program Opportunity to explore unique and diverse locations across Canada Flexible assignments tailored to your lifestyle Supported by NMC’s dedicated team every step of the way NMC is dedicated to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment for the travel nurses, healthcare partners, and communities we serve.
