You will be responsible for groundskeeping, building repairs, and water/septic system maintenance, helping to keep the community in top shape. You'll play a key role in pool operations and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. This hands-on role will keep you active and engaged. Responsibilities Responsible for the ground’s maintenance and landscaping of the property Responsible for the repairs and maintenance of all community buildings and equipment Providing support to residence as required, such as firewood delivery Water testing and record keeping daily Maintaining the pool and spa facilities Responsible in managing and keeping records of the upkeep of the septic systems Responsible in maintaining all Health & Safety aspects of the Community and Community Buildings Ensuring ongoing communication with Manager Responsible for cleaning work area, tools and equipment. Responsible for courteous, efficient response at all times. Operate within the applicable Occupational Health & Safety legislation and company policies at all times. Be prepared to accept after hour calls and act on emergencies as required. Other duties as required Education and Experience: Clean Driver’s Abstract Current water ticket or pool certificate preferred. Skills and Abilities: Must be willing to take water certification course at the beginning of employment. Must be willing to take the pool certification course at the beginning of employment. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
