The Bilingual Client Care Specialist (Spanish & English) will work directly with our plan members, plan sponsors, clients, advisors, and service providers to provide an exceptional experience. This will include being the voice of the People Corporation brand through our client care centre by responding to general inquiries about the plans, benefits, and coverage, and assisting with troubleshooting and resolving problems with the goal of doing so with a single contact. THE BILINGUAL CLIENT CARE SPECIALIST WILL: * Provide exceptional customer care. * Interact with plan members, clients, advisors, and service providers via phone and email, to provide responses to inquiries about claims, eligibility, and services. * Ensure that service standards are met or exceeded. * Obtain, analyze, and verify the accuracy of claim submissions and data. * Assist members with the online portal and mobile app. * Assist service providers with the online portal for submission of claims. * Initiate and/or implement correct action as needed to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of client satisfaction is maintained. TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A BILINGUAL CLIENT CARE SPECIALIST WITH PEOPLE CORPORATION, YOU WILL NEED: * Minimum of 3 years customer care experience (insurance, and health and dental benefits claims is an asset) * Fluency in both Spanish and English is required (written and verbal) * Flexible working hours - Willing to complete an 8-hour shift between 7:00am - 7:00pm (Central) * Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail. * Technical knowledge on application base system * A desire to provide exceptional customer service, and a valuable experience to clients. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be able to provide additional details of the total compensation for this role.

Successful applicants must also be willing to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm Central time and demonstrate strong communication skills and attention to detail.
