Job Duties & Responsibilities: * Provide IT support to end users and assist with the administration of our Canadian networks. * Work on special projects to benefit and improve various IT processes. * Programming database driven desktop and intranet applications in a variety of languages. * Directly answer user inquiries for software or hardware support. * Setup, manage, maintain, and support proprietary and custom tools for end users * Setup equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and appropriate software. * Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications. * Other job-related responsibilities that may be assigned.
