Maintenance Worker (Temporary)

Maintenance Worker Primaris REIT is currently hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic Maintenance Worker to join our team at our Medicine Hat Mall in Medicine Hat, AB. As a Maintenance Worker, your primary responsibility is to perform day to day maintenance and customer service duties required to keep the property safe and presentable for customers, staff and tenants by; Performing daily property inspections and promptly reporting repair needs Conducting minor property repairs and maintenance tasks including but not limited to dry walling, painting, landscaping, basic plumbing & electrical Ensuring property safety and respond to tenant concerns Maintaining property cleanliness and curb appeal Collaborating with contractors, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in coordinating work with stakeholders Vacancy Status: Replacement Requirements: To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who are customer service focused and have a can do attitude. Perform daily property inspections and minor repairs including drywalling, painting, and basic plumbing to keep the mall safe and presentable. Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders while providing excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.

Requires a secondary school diploma and at least one year of experience in a similar maintenance field. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to operate power tools.
