General Labourer

The General Labourer is responsible for supporting daily operations through a variety of tasks, including material handling, equipment clean-up, site maintenance, general housekeeping, and assisting production, harvest, and maintenance teams as required. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment. This position is available on both day and night shifts and may be scheduled based on operational requirements: * Day Shift: 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. or 6:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. * Night Shift: 4:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. or 4:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production demands. Essential Qualifications * Able to work independently and as part of a team * High Initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, accountability and reliability * Ability to maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with teammates, customers and suppliers * Strong work ethic Job requirements: * Ability to read, write, and speak English. * Must have own means of transportation to and from work. The General Labourer supports daily operations through material handling, equipment clean-up, and site maintenance. They assist production, harvest, and maintenance teams to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, wear safety equipment, and have their own transportation. Proficiency in English and a strong work ethic are required.
