Quality Assurance Program Manager

Program Test Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Program Test Manager with a minimum of 15 years of experience in leading end-to-end testing strategy, planning, governance, and execution across complex, multi-stream programs. This role involves shaping testing authority across project teams, driving quality definitions, ensuring requirement completeness, and enabling predictable, high-quality delivery outcomes. Responsibilities Define, own, and obtain approval for the program-level test strategy. Establish and maintain testing approaches across all phases: SIT, Integration, UAT, and Performance. Define standards for test environments, tools, test data, roles, and quality metrics. Act as the testing expert across project teams, ensuring clarity, completeness, and validation of requirements and design. Drive test governance, quality assurance controls, and adherence to standards. Plan and oversee integrated testing activities across business and technology for large initiatives. Manage end-to-end test lifecycle activities, ensuring seamless execution across all systems and workstreams. Track defect trends and aging across critical, high, and medium defects, including cross-domain impacts and resolution plans. Coordinate all phases of testing, ensuring completeness and timely delivery. Ensure all test exit criteria, deliverables, and sign-offs are met within expected timelines and quality standards. Lead and integrate Test Leads and Test Analysts across multiple streams and systems. Provide direction, mentoring, and oversight to ensure consistent delivery and quality outcomes. Collaborate with development, integration, environment, and business teams to ensure test readiness and execution. Produce testing dashboards, status reports, and executive communications across all levels of the organization. Implement shift-left testing strategies to improve quality and reduce time-to-market. Introduce and scale automation tools to increase efficiency.
