RVA is seeking a motivated Engineering Student to join our dynamic Transportation Lighting and Signals Team to be based in either our Toronto or Halton office. We offer flexible Co-op opportunities ranging from 4,8,12 and 16 months, starting in Fall 2026. If you're ready to contribute to impactful projects and gain hands-on experience, we want to hear from you! Duties: * Periodic field visits to review existing conditions, assess conflicts, and provide support during * construction. * Design of roadway lighting, duct bank layout, and traffic signal infrastructure projects. * Help prepare AutoCAD and MicroStation design drawings. * Provides office support during the construction stage of projects. * Assist with quantity calculations and preparing tender documents. * Conduct site visits. * Assist in roadway lighting loading calculations. * Assist project team in preparing memorandum/report. Qualifications: * Must be currently enrolled in third year in an electrical engineering program at an accredited * university. Consideration will be provided to those enrolled in a civil engineering program. * Knowledge of AutoCAD/MicroStation is an asset. * Must have a valid G Class Driver's License and access to a vehicle. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. * Superior English communication skills both oral and written. * Ability to work in an interactive team atmosphere. Compensation Range The salary range for this position is: $25-$30/hour Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business needs.
