Loader Operator, Goderich

Loader Operator, Goderich Tomlinson is currently seeking an individual to fill a Loader Operator position at our Goderich Dock. This is a seasonal role from April to November. Location: Goderich, ON Vacancy Type: Replacement DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Loading aggregates to customer trucks Maintain equipment and report any defects in a timely manner Operate various equipment as needed Follow all safety policies and procedures while working Be willing and capable of performing manual labour when required Assist with receiving of inbound and outbound vessels to ensure materials are discharged and or loaded as per direction from supervisor. Perform all tasks that are assigned by the supervisor Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite and dock area, including proper housekeeping, removal of debris, and keeping work areas clear of hazards. REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver’s license Ability to work quickly, efficiently and in a safe manner Basic computer skills would be an asset Ability to work four days per week 5am to 3pm May require some weekend and after hour work COMPENSATION INFORMATION The expected range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00 per hour.
