RED Mountain Resort is hiring Dishwashers / Bussers for the 2026/27 Winter Season! As a Dishwasher / Busser at RED Mountain, you’ll be essential in maintaining kitchen cleanliness, ensuring all dishes and utensils are sanitized, and supporting the culinary team during food service. What You’ll Do * Collect, sort, and wash all utensils, dishes, and cooking equipment, ensuring cleanliness meets RED and Interior Health standards. * Inspect dishes and utensils for damage and report issues to the Chef de Cuisine. * Clean and maintain dishwashing machines and equipment; monitor chemicals and replace as needed. * Pre-rinse, wash, sanitize, and properly restack dishes and utensils. * Maintain cleanliness of dish area, kitchen floors, counters, and general workspace. * Assist with receiving goods and placing them in designated storage areas. * Ensure health and safety standards are followed, including chemical handling and station inspections. * Prepare dishwashing and service stations 30 minutes prior to food service. * Assists in maintaining bussing stations as required throughout the shift. * Support other stations and team members as required. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking detail-oriented, reliable team members who take pride in supporting culinary operations and guest satisfaction. You bring: * 0–2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen (restaurant, hotel, or resort experience preferred). * Food Safe Level 1 Certification. * Basic understanding of kitchen operations and sanitation practices. * Strong organizational and cleanliness skills. * Self-motivation and ability to respond to varying business volumes. * Collaborative spirit and ability to communicate effectively with all F&B team members. * Physically capable of lifting up to 75 kg and working in a fast-paced environment. * Comfortable working indoors predominantly, with occasional outdoor duties.
