Parts Technician

RME is looking for a seasonal Parts Technician to support our Parts Department during the summer. This role is an opportunity to gain experience and take your career as a Parts Technician further! Job Duties and Responsibilities Include: * Sell and order parts for customers including pricing, locating, and receiving parts * Read and interpret parts diagnostics and diagrams * Use computerized inventory system and parts libraries * Merchandise parts department sales area * Employee must adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety Standards as the company is committed to the protection and wellness of its employees Job Requirements and Qualifications Include: * Excellent communication skills * Customer service experience * Highly organized * Experience with computerized inventory system * Knowledge or experience with agriculture or construction equipment is an asset * Apprenticeship or Journeyman certification is an asset but not required We offer a comprehensive benefits package with flexible plans to suit your needs, along with a Group Retirement Plan. The Parts Technician is responsible for selling, ordering, and receiving parts while maintaining the parts department sales area. They must also interpret parts diagnostics and utilize computerized inventory systems to support the department's operations.

Candidates should possess excellent communication and organizational skills along with prior customer service experience. Familiarity with agriculture or construction equipment and relevant trade certifications are considered assets for this role.
